Leadership Giving Program

There are four levels of recognition in the 2009 Northeast Florida-Southeast Georgia CFC Leadership Giving Program. Each level is based on an annual contribution amount. The levels and awards are shown below.

PIONEER...................Contribution of $150 - $299
Cobra Memo Holder

PATRIOT....................Contribution of $300 - $599
Cobra Memo Holder, and American Flag Ballpoint Pen

EAGLE.......................Contribution of $600 - $1,199
Cobra Memo Holder, American Flag Ballpoint Pen, and Glass Paperweight Eagle Award

DOUBLE EAGLE........Contribution of $1,200 and above
Cobra Memo Holder, American Flag Ballpoint Pen, Glass Paperweight Eagle Award, and Thermos with Carrier
